Beautiful boutique Med Spa looking to grow our close-knit team with the addition of another aesthetic injector. We are seeking a very talented, professional team player who is passionate about achieving our patient’s desired results as well as a passion for this incredible industry. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-orientated, results-driven individual who wants a supportive growth-orientated environment. Our ideal candidate will be proficient/comfortable with social media, before and after photo presentation, as well as participating in in-house videos for educational purposes. Most importantly we are seeking someone with a compassionate caring attitude who has excellent communication skills.

We are a fairly new boutique Med Spa located in beautiful Southern Utah. Our company was founded in 2019 as an extension of a very successful day spa leading to a strong foundation and loyal clientele. We are a team of talented experienced professionals who care for each other and clients like a family. As a company, we believe in continuous education and provide many learning opportunities to give our team the skills to strive for excellence. We are a professional, fun, caring, no-drama company.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth patient consultations, good faith exams, and create a comprehensive treatment plan
Safely and skillfully administer cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, and other aesthetic treatments
Contacting clients after certain procedures
Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations regarding clinical competency, safety, infection control, and privacy
Maintain accurate documentation and charting (Patient Now and TouchMD software knowledge a plus)
Handle clinical adverse reactions and outcomes
Attend in-house training and outside continued education, as needed or requested
Ability to cross-sell all procedures offered as well as skincare products
Stay up to date on advanced techniques and treatment protocols
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress and strives for growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Adhere to all policies and procedures while supporting a culture of high quality and excellent guest service
Participate in promotional events, on- and off-site

Qualifications

Required

Current and Valid NP, PA, RN License issued by the State of Utah
2+ years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine injecting (Botox, Xeomin, Dermal Fillers)
Must maintain Continuing Medical Education and remain up to date with all Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
