As a reflection of our growth we have an opportunity to join the team as a Director of Clinical Education.


The Director of Clinical Education will design and deliver clinical education curriculum, support innovative practices, evaluate the Chapter clinical education program, and ensure established clinical protocols that support the mission and vision of Chapter.


Provides clinical education, training, and support.
Collaborates with Chapter leadership to develop and launch Aesthetic Center of Excellence at ADMI headquarters in Chicago.
Analyzes innovative medical aesthetic practices and provides recommendations to Chapter leadership.
Utilizes LMS to create reports, enroll and register learners and provide updated information regarding trainings and professional learning.
Develops clinical education curriculum in collaboration with CMO and assigns courses to the learning journeys in the LMS (Learning Management System) and maintains relevant coursework.
Creates and supports initial and ongoing assessments of clinical knowledge and skills.
Supports the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of new medical aesthetic technologies.
Collaborates with instructional designers to enhance the learner experience.
Creates and distributes course surveys, generates summary reports, analyzes data and communicates data to Chapter leadership.
Identifies and recommends opportunities for optimization of clinical education programming.
Additional duties as assigned.


Master’s Degree (Masters in Science of Nursing) with an active license; will be required to obtain licenses in multiple states including: Illinois, New York and Minnesota
Nurse Practitioner certified in one of the following specialties is required: Family or Adult 
Proficient experience with MS Office 
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
Previous training experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in the performance of Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers
Ability to travel up to 50%
