About the job
Front Office Coordinator/Customer Service Associate – Personable customer service oriented individual with proven ability to work in a fast paced boutique style Med Spa environment. Broad expert knowledge in basic skin care conditions, procedures, techniques and products. Must have strong concierge style customer focus background. Comfortable and competent in assisting MD/RN/NP and be a team player with ability to jump into multiple job roles when needed.

Job Requirements

Competent in taking phone booking requests and ablity to rapidly learn using medspa webbased software system
Perform customer charge out and including ability to manage multiple types of transactions (Credit Card, Care Credit, Rebate Programs)
Complete all chart preparation and booking confirmations day prior
Track and fullfill online product orders within 24 hours of order receipt
Ability to assist back office on rooming of patients or providing hospitality like services while patients waiting
Demonstarte basic knowledge of all services and products over time and ability to communicate such knowledge upon customer inquiries

Must be Bilingual in Spanish
