Job Summary: A Spa Associate candidate must have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people look and feel their best. This candidate must be passionate about the cosmetic and wellness industry, a people person, critical thinker, personable, friendly, social media savvy, self starter, and have an overall team approach attitude.
Front desk coordinators must be responsible and monitor the front of house to ensure that all guests are met and welcomed, and that a comprehensive range of ‘information’ is taken at check in and check out to ensure excellent guest service standards. Coordinators must elevate every guest’s experience.

Experience: 1 year spa experience required
Preferred experience working with a Point of Sale system (i.e. Aesthetic Record or MindBody) and answering phones in a customer service facing environment, retail a plus.
Computer literate with strong typing skills.Proficient with Windows and Google Docs.
Effective written communication skills.
Knowledge of Skinceuticals, ZO and Image Skincare Products
Basic knowledge of microneedling, Diamond Glow,, Chemical peels, dermaplaning,t, Fillers/ Botox, Kybella, PRP, etc
Able to operate basic business tech (i.e. calculator, printer, copier, scanner, computer)
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Demonstrate pleasant and appropriate phone etiquette.
Excellent listening and verbal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Team player and works well with others.
High personal standards and values.
Excellent client care, service excellence and attention to detail.
Flexible and cooperative. Must be able to work any day of the week Sunday.
Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
Presents Membership Program to all.
Understands and applies strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.)
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the spa including the front desk, common areas and restrooms.
Maintains guest files.
Makes appointment reminder calls daily
Send End of Day report
Upselling and maximizes sales and appointments
Meets daily goals and KPIs
Concierge to all guests (beverages, scheduling, rebooking)
Help with marketing events and marketing campaigns
Attend monthly staff trainings
Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education Requirements:
College education preferred
Sales experience in service, beauty and retail industry a MUST
Marketing experience a plus
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
Able to communicate up-line information to Spa Director and Owner
