About the job
Renew Med Spa is looking for an experienced medical aesthetician to join our successful team. Primary services offered at the practice include LaseMD, Genius, BioTE, Botox, Fillers, Sclerotherapy, ResurFX, Laser Hair Removal, chemical peels, IPL Photofacials, Femilift, Venus Freeze, medical grade facial treatments and SkinPen.
Responsibilities
To achieve the overall goal of providing the client with a safe and effective treatments
Making a comprehensive assessment of the client’s needs, developing a plan of care for the client, implementing this plan
Administering non-ablative med spa procedures/treatment
Promotion of additional services/packages including skin care products (SkinCeuticals, Elta MD, Revision, Glo, GMC Medical) and other aesthetic services
Ensuring a consistent delivery of world-class treatment experiences for clients
Maintaining accurate record keeping with client files
Maintaining open communication with Medical Director, Staff, and Manager
Qualifications
Valid, current aesthetician license
Laser Certification
Proven track record of ability to exercise independent medical judgment
Exceptional decision-making skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people
Team player
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Customer-service focused
