Title: Office Manager

Reports to: Director of Operations or Senior Operations Manager


Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience required

Experience and Skill Set Required (100% must be met): 

·      4+ years in healthcare

·      4+ years management experience

·      Ability to set priorities and goals and develop plans for achieving them.

·      Ability to prioritize work and make decisions

·      Ability to create and manage multiple integrated projects

·      Excellent analytical, organizational and creative problem-solving skills required

·      Demonstrated written and oral communications skills

·      Experience and ability to work and interact with others and provide excellent customer service

·      Ability to work and keep on schedule with minimal supervision

·      Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Overview:     Growing Dermatology practices in Austin, TX and San Marcos, TX seeks innovative, resourceful office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in office. This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, with some occasional weekend work as needed.

Product Sales
Ability to meet baseline and target sales goals as established per location.
Day-to-Day Operations
Maintain timely and professional oral, written, and verbal communication to Director of Operations and staff. Keep Director/Senior Operations Manager informed of any problems and/or any issues that need attention.
Ensure proper collections for services rendered; copays, deductibles, co-insurance and balances.
Manage/correct employee timecards and PTO.
Maintain the staffing schedule for one office location.
Oversee IT within office location and provide low-level basic IT support.
Coordinate and oversee all maintenance for office location.
Inventory and order all supplies, products and materials for office location
Monitor and evaluate office facility continually including maintaining any licenses with expirations, timely updating of marketing materials and monthly specials, OSHA and HIPAA regulations and updates, biohazard regulations and annual inspections.
Facilitate events including CoolSculpting, Botox parties, holiday events, etc.
Will meet with Director of Ops or Senior Operations Manager weekly and submit a weekly written supervisor report.
Other duties as required.
