About the job
We are a Med Spa specializing in Laser Hair Removal and other cosmetic services. We offer Laser Hair Removal, Coolsculpting, Mesopen, Ultrasonic facials and Cosmetic injections (Botox, Juvederm-Vollure) Our MISSION is to Make People Feel Beautiful & Confident . We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in consultative sales and a winning track record to join our team. Compensation 50k Base and 3% bonus for sales over 150k/mo The base salary is $50,000.00 per year. Which is $1,923.07 paid weekly on Fri, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. During training period (1st 14 days) your pay will be $12/day fo full pay period (14 days) Bonus If the company sales are $150,000 or more your bonus is 3% of total sales. Thi equates to an additional $4500-6000/mo in bonuses. Thus, your annual take home pay can be between $104k to $122K or more! Here are 3 scenarios as example
Company Sales 150k. 3% bonus (54k) plus base pay (50K) = 104K Total Earnings
Company Sales 200k. 3% bonus (72k) plus base pay (50K) = 122K Total Earnings
Company Sales 250k. 3% bonus (90k)plus base pay (50K) = 140K Total Earnings Benefits: After the completion of 90 days, you will be eligible for:

Free Cosmetic Procedures Responsibilities:
Perform consultations and close sales on new clients and upsell current clients
Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales goals
Train, Coach and help Sales Managers and Techs achieve sales goals
Manage a staff of 2-3 per location and oversee their sales Requirements:
3+ years of consultative (face to face) sales experience (Required. beauty industry preferred)
Proven sales success track record (be prepared to review results, sales awards, etc)
Sales Management in overseeing sales staff (meeting/exceeding goals): 2 years (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred Job Type: Full-time Work Hours This is 6 days a week job. Mon thru Sat. However, you will get 2 Saturdays a month off. Managers are not allowed off on the last working Saturday of the month. Typically, you will work 50 hrs/wk Sales Expectations You are expected to generate $30k/mo/clinic in sales (cash basis not accrual basis) for the company. With 5 locations, that equals to $150k/mo. Dress Code Scrubs – blue or black color. There is a strict dress code which will be outlined to you if hired. Training You will receive FREE Medical training on the lasers. Typically, this is for 80 hrs. If you are hired, you will be required to drive/fly to Amarillo for 2- 3 days for training. Your travel expenses will be covered by the company. You will be sharing hotel room with another student. Should your spouse accompany you for the training, you will be responsible for the hotel room expenses. Non-compete clause We require new hires to sign a non-compete clause. If hired, you agree not to work directly for our competitors in a 50-mile radius for ONE YEAR after voluntarily leaving the job e.g. another clinic performing laser hair removal.
